Torey chose to consult Rowan’s mother on her disorder to get an expert opinion on Rowan’s day-to-day dietary requirements. Not only did she get enough information to begin her cake, but she also found out that Rowan’s twin sister Reece had the same disorder. Even though she was only making one cake, she knew she had to include both girls on their special day.

Her path was decided: Torey set out to make one great cake that featured both girls. Each girl had their own dedicated side of the cake all to herself! After completing the cake, Torey wasn’t done yet. She created a separate cake that was completely undecorated and brought along some piping bags with sugar free buttercream for the girls to create their own masterpiece! The extra touch added a unique surprise that no one was expecting.
