Cookie Sponsorship Reimbursement

Thank you again for the time, expense and love you give to bring Icing Smiles’ mission to families dealing with the critical illness of a child. It is because of you we are able to serve.

Please complete the form below if you would like to request a reimbursement for your recent cookie donation from funds raised during your Cookie Sponsorship Fundraiser. We will reimburse you up to $30 from the funds you raised. You will need to attach your receipts below for the purchase of materials for this specific batch of cookies. We will email a reimbursement check which you can print at home.

We offer a flat Icing Smiles sponsored reimbursement of $15 for your cookies donated but the Cake Sponsorship program is a separate opportunity for you to offset your expenses. At this time, we are not able to offer participation in both types of reimbursement.
