A Cake Fit For a True Super Hero

Isaac Barnett is not your average ten-year-old boy. With a rare genetic syndrome, a 10th birthday is a big deal and something to truly be celebrated. Isaac’s mom Natasha refers to him as her super hero and so the theme of the birthday party was born. Like most boys Isaac’s age, he loves superheroes, but he also loves the rock band Kiss. These two don’t necessarily go together, but that didn’t stop Bake My Day from creating an amazing cake that combined the two themes perfectly.

This cake is one of a kind. Jennifer at Bake My Day had never combined two themes like this before. Eight hours, three sugar artists, and lots of imagination and heart came together for Isaac’s dream cake. Not only was the cake a big hit for Isaac and his party guests, the band Kiss liked it too! They shared a picture of the cake on their Facebook page. Isaac’s mom shared, “He LOVED it! I was excited, Bake My Day was thrilled, and we owe it all to Icing Smiles! Thank you for helping me make his day extra special! Praying for another special 10 years!”
