Favorite Memory with Icing Smiles: My favorite moment with Icing Smiles so far was my first delivery as a baker. From that moment, I knew I was hooked on this organization and knew I’d always do what I could to help it succeed.

That was almost three years ago. Since then, Rebecca has been serving as the State Representative for California and is now our Western Regional Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the other State Reps in her region, who match cake requests with volunteer bakers.

Rebecca lives with her husband Tony in Roseville, CA. They have five children, Hailey (23) Hannah (21), Gregory (14), Nicholas (13), and Sofia (11), and two grandchildren.

Rebecca’s passion is volunteering. In addition to being part of the Icing Smiles Administrative Team, she is the Music  Docent Coordinator for her daughter’s school, and loves leading her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop, as well as supporting 22 other troops with all their product sales programs (think huge quantities of girl scout cookies)!
